Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed crackers.
- 1 / 2 cup melted margarine.
- 250grs. lemon gelatin.
- 3 cups hot water.
- 11 / 4 cup of frozen milk.
- 3 teaspoons powdered gelatine diluted.
- lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.
Preparation:
- put in a rectangular crackers with margarine and mix well shaping in the same mold, pressing down firmly.
- Dissolve gelatin in water and refrigerate until it thickens slightly. Whipp
- milk until doubled in volume, add the gelatin, gelatine and stir until everything is fully incorporated.
- Pour over the biscuit base and bring to cool until set completely.
- Finally garnish with lemon slices and mint leaf. Visit this
