} Mass:

• 500 g flour 1 tsp • Salt • Pepper

250 • Manteca g
• Cold water 100 cc
mass can be replaced by a disk of pie crust (it is fine too)
Filling:

• 1 large onion 1 tbsp butter
• • 2 tbsp olive oil
• Broccoli (frozen) 500 g
• Cream
200 cc • 100 g grated cheese

• 250 White sauce • Salt c / n
• Pepper c / n
• Nutmeg c / n
• Eggs 4
Mass :
In a bowl sift together the flour with salt and pepper. Incorporate cold butter, and form a sandblasting. Then add water, and form the dough without kneading too.
Take to the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough until thin and place into a greased 24 cm. Brought back to cold for 20 minutes. Pre
cook the dough in an oven at 180 º C for 15 minutes, and reserve.
Filling:
Sauté in butter and olive oil, onion cut into strips. Add broccoli and continue cooking over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then, add the cream, white sauce, grated cheese, and last season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, let cool.
Add the eggs to cold fill, avoiding broccoli disarm. Arrange for the preparation of the mass, and carry an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
